Orders are dispatched within 1 business day Monday - Friday. This does not include public holidays. All orders are sent through Australia Post. 


Free standard shipping for all AU orders over $200
Standard shipping - $10
Express shipping - $15


NZ Flat rate - $20


Vale and Ward does not offer shipping to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand.  


Vale and Ward does not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by third party carriers such as Australia Post. We will, however, work with you to cover lost or damaged goods that are covered by insurance.
Once an order has been dispatched we will not be able to alter that order including the delivery instructions. To re-direct your order while it is in transit you will need to create a MyPost account through Australia Post. You can find more information around this here


If you change your mind or the fit isn’t right, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund, provided the garments are returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels attached and intact.  Please take care when trying on garments to avoid the transfer of perfume, deodorant or makeup which may void the right of return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where an item is faulty). If free Shipping was applied to an order but part or all of the order is returned thereby negating the Free Shipping Terms, then the normal shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
* Styles marked as FINAL CLEARANCE are non-refundable.
Please note, the returns policy outlined is applicable to purchases made online only. We want you to love your item, however if you need to return it to us for a refund, or exchange we welcome that.  
All postage costs for refunds are to be covered by the customer, except in the case where the item is faulty.
